Course Objectives

1. To enable companies and organisations to identify their key stakeholders and to define and prioritise their communications challenges, 2. To produce a communications action plan to address the communications challenges

Course Content

Ideally suited to a small senior team, this core course is delivered in the form of a workshop and, after outlining the principles of communication, it takes participants through the key stages of developing a communications strategy. These include setting communication objectives, identifying and prioritising key stakeholders or audiences, developing key messages, choosing communications channels, planning activities, estimating budgets, outlining responsibilities and evaluating success.
